These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and vk44 ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the vk44 website at vk44.lat, or using any service offered by vk44, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all users of the vk44 platform, including visitors, registered players, and any other person who accesses or uses our services in any capacity. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using vk44 immediately.
Important: vk44 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using this platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.
2Eligibility Requirements
To register and use vk44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. vk44 does not permit persons under 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on the platform.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
- You must not hold more than one registered account on vk44 at any time. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee of vk44 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
- You must not be under a self-exclusion order or have voluntarily closed a previous vk44 account for responsible gaming reasons. Re-registering to circumvent a self-exclusion is strictly prohibited.
vk44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and residential address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the stated timeframe may result in suspension of account functionality, including the inability to process withdrawal requests.
3Account Registration and Security
Registration on vk44 is free of charge. Each Player may hold only one account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it. vk44 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your login details.
- You must notify vk44 customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact support at [email protected] as soon as you become aware of any security issue.
- vk44 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before your first withdrawal or at any subsequent point. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID such as a National ID card or passport, plus proof of address not older than three months.
- You must keep your registered contact details, including your mobile number and email address, current and accurate at all times. vk44 uses these details to send account notifications, security alerts, and promotional communications where you have opted in.
vk44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time. Players whose accounts are under review may have deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay temporarily restricted until the review is complete. vk44 will endeavour to complete account reviews promptly and will notify affected players by email or SMS where appropriate.
4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
vk44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific methods may vary. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and promotional period. vk44 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice posted on the platform.
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering policy. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Target processing time for withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket is under five minutes during standard operating hours.
- All deposits must come from a payment source held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If a deposit is received from a source not registered to the account holder, vk44 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.
- vk44 does not charge Players any fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may charge transaction fees on their end. vk44 accepts no liability for third-party payment provider fees.
- Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 deducted from the account balance. Once the balance falls to ৳100 or below, the account will be closed. Players will be notified before dormancy fees commence.
vk44 operates strict anti-money laundering procedures. Any transaction suspected to be related to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity may be reported to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player. Associated accounts will be suspended and balances held pending investigation.
5Bonuses, Free Spins, and Promotions
vk44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general terms, the specific terms shall prevail.
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
- Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new Players only. A Player who closes and re-registers an account solely to claim a welcome bonus again is in breach of these Terms and the bonus will be forfeited.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only for the specific game or games stated in that promotion. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirements of the associated promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- vk44 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to a Player's account at the time of amendment will remain subject to the terms that were in force when the bonus was awarded.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met, or used in combination with other bonuses unless the promotion terms explicitly permit this.
Note on seasonal promotions: vk44 may offer special promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL, or the T20 World Cup. These are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.
6Responsible Gaming
vk44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is intended solely for adult entertainment purposes. We provide the following tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased until a cooling-off period of 24 hours has elapsed. Decreases take effect immediately.
- Time-out: Players may request a temporary account suspension for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the Player cannot log in, deposit, or participate in games. Time-outs cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
- Self-exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling for an extended period may request self-exclusion for a minimum of six months or permanently. To initiate self-exclusion, contact support at [email protected]. A self-excluded Player must not attempt to re-register during the exclusion period.
- Reality checks: Players may enable periodic session reminders that display the total time elapsed and net gaming balance during the current session. This feature is available in account settings and is strongly recommended for all Players.
7Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vk44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Registering more than one account, registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform in a way not authorised by vk44, including to place bets, generate outcomes, or exploit bonus offers.
- Exploiting any software error, game malfunction, or pricing discrepancy to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and may be recovered from the Player's balance.
- Using vk44 for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. vk44 actively monitors all transactions and cooperates fully with relevant authorities in any investigation.
- Engaging in collusion with other Players — for example, sharing hand information in live card games or coordinating bets to generate guaranteed profits — is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
vk44 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. Players found to be in breach of this section will have their accounts closed and all winnings, bonuses, and deposits may be forfeited at vk44's sole discretion.
8Intellectual Property
All content on the vk44 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, text, and data — is the exclusive property of vk44 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the vk44 platform or its content without the prior written consent of vk44. Unauthorised use of any vk44 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.
9Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vk44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the vk44 platform. vk44's total cumulative liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- vk44 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. vk44 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
- vk44 accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or natural disasters.
- Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vk44's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
10Privacy and Data Protection
vk44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using vk44, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. All data transmission between your device and the vk44 platform is protected by SSL encryption.

11Amendments to These Terms
vk44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vk44 will notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect where reasonably practicable. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
Your continued use of the vk44 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using vk44 and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law applicable to the jurisdiction in which vk44 operates. vk44 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute raised by a Player through its internal customer support process before any formal proceedings are commenced.
